I found a cream liquor that I like, after not being thrilled by RumChata or Bailey's Irish Cream. Ezra Brooks Bourbon Cream is good on its own despite its sweetness, and is great for dressing up some plain coconut/almond milk. I'll try it in cocoa later, and I think it will be awesome added to eggnog.

Note to future self: Don't take too much hard liquor in one go while recovering from respiratory infection, as the ensuing coughing fit may be painful.

I drank a pumpkin cider a week ago that was amazing. Ace was the name of the brand. I bought some pumpkin ale from Target, but it's not the same. I need to look up where to buy Ace.
At a party this weekend, I had some wine called Witch's Brew. It was OK. They also had something in small plastic containers: a pumpkin one and an oreo one. I tried one of each. I think they were pudding shots. They were a little strong for me, but pretty good. That's all I attempted at the party because I was driving home and, being so inexperienced with drinking, didn't want to be impaired.
"Do not look so sad. We shall meet soon again.” “Please, Aslan,” said Lucy, “what do you call soon?” “I call all times soon,” said Aslan.
I stopped by a local Tavern the other day. I had a double Knob Creek neat with a side glass of ice. I didn't want the whiskey totally diluted by the melting ice. A dude sitting down from me asked if I was Scottish, because I guess that's what the Scots do with their whiskey just after having a shot of beer.
His wife came a long shortly there after. We talked for about an hour about our travels around the world.
Good times.

Watch out for Redbull and alcohol. That can be a tricky combo.
Drink water in between drinks. It will stop you from dehydrating too much and will keep you from feeling too crappy the next day.
Don't mix Redbull with anything.
And it is always a good idea to stay hydrated.
Mike's Hard Lemonade will give you quite the hangover. Don't drink more than half a liter in one night. Jess sayin....

I had mead for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It tasted like straight alcohol with a bit of honey.
It's funny, I play Dungeons & Dragons with a group of fundies who are all against alcohol. In D&D, however, taverns are a common location, and when we arrive in one, our characters often drink. Like, a lot. I've started naming actual drinks for my character instead of the standard beer, ale, wine, or mead. They raise their eyebrow and laugh, but I don't think they suspect that I actually drink. I mostly ordered mead IRL because a dwarven character always orders it in our D&D game.
